I had to check out early and due to using booking.com it turned into a hassle. The 2 ladies Skyye & Chasity, being incredible it turned out we got a few laughs. I highly recommend the hotel is so clean.
This is hands down one of the best hotels i have stayed in as far as the cleanliness and customer service. It smelled so clean and fresh as soon as we walked in to check in and the room smelled just as amazing. The staff was SO welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. My family and I have been here for about a week or so while my husband is here doing a job .. and the staff have been so heartwarming and wonderful to my kids and treated them like their own .. I have never stayed somewhere where they treat you like your apart of their family !! Everyone always has a smile on their face.. they make sure you have everything you need. Theyve also been remodeling since we've been here and we've been lucky to get one of the remodel rooms .. and the extra kitchen area is definitely helpful with cooking and not always eating out . absolutely will stay here again Thank you again guys for y'all's hospitality Bonnie , Drea , Roslyn , Shannon , Jay Jay Bless you guys
Room was decent for the price. Coffee provided but no coffee pot. Only 2 towels and wash cloths for a double bed room. Pillows were 1/2 size of a full size pillow but comfortable. TV remote had no batteries. BUT office staff was wonderful. Fixed remote, got towels once we asked, and the breakfast was excellent.
Great stay for cheap price! Pet-friendly. Bonnie was great! So friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms modest but functional. A 7-day necessary stay turned into a nice vacation.
This place was above expectations! The beds were comfy, linens clean, no bedbugs or funky smells, hot water was HOT with good water pressure, fridge and microwave worked, and room was pretty clean. I didn't use the iron but I did use the hairdryer. The service was absolutely amazing, and the smiles were friendly. The only issue was the key card not working 50% of the time, but I never went to the front desk with it (too stubborn I guess) because I made it work after 10 tries or so. The renovation crew was there updating room furnishings while we were there. The location is quiet and close (6 min-15 min drive) to the University and areas, with restaurants all around. Will definitely stay again.
